Week 6 – USA Open Tennis Championships Challenge

This week’s challenge is celebrating all things tennis! There are so many different shots to play in tennis, so this week try putting your hand-eye coordination to the test!

Week 5 – The Daily Mile

Getting outside is really good for our wellbeing! This week why not try getting outside everyday and see how many of the tasks you can tick off?

Week 4 – The Hundred:

The Hundred Cricket competition sees eight new city teams compete across the summer holidays. This week the challenge is to put your batting skills to the test!

Week 3 – Commonwealth Games Para Athletics Challenge:

The Commonwealth Games are being held in Birmingham this year, which is a wonderful opportunity to see lots of different sports come together. This week’s challenge explores Para athletics and will require you to test your balance, coordination and communication skills!

Week 2 – Commonwealth Dame Darcey Dance Challenge:

This week is a dance-based week! The focus is on dance inspired by countries all over the world. In this challenge try all the different activities and share with your friends.
